A small riverside hotel with a rooftop bar that looks straight across the Nam Song to the karsts — the spot the balloons drift over every morning.
One child under 11 sleeps free in your bed. A second child needs an extra bed at $20 a night. Breakfast for any child is 150,000 kip per night, paid at the hotel.

Guests keep telling us the same thing: the view from the top floor is the best in town. At dawn the balloons lift off across the river. At dusk the light goes gold behind the limestone, and the bar fills up.
Down at ground level there's the pool, and the river a few steps beyond it.
Every room is cleaned daily. Air conditioning, hot water, fast WiFi and a fridge as standard.
Low season runs May to September, high season October to April. Pick your dates and the table shows what is actually on sale. Breakfast is included in every room — buffet in high season, a set menu in low season.

The same bed as the Standard, with a window that lets the daylight in.

A larger room with a big window. Two of these rooms look onto the roof of the building next door; the third looks out at the river and the karst mountains. Tell us if the view matters and we will do our best.

On the lowest floor, right beside the pool. Three of these rooms open straight onto the water — a few steps from your door to the shallow end. The fourth is one floor up and looks down on it.

Your own balcony with a table for two, looking over the town. Room 201 has twin beds, room 301 a double.

Your own balcony over the Nam Song, with a table for two. Best at first light, when the mist lifts off the water. This is the one people book again.

Three beds for friends travelling together, or a family with an older child. The outlook varies by room — most face the river, one has a small balcony. Tell us what matters most and we will do our best.

Our largest room, and the best outlook we have. A private balcony looking at both the river and the karst mountains, with two double beds and space to spread out.

Two rooms joined by an internal door — the most space we have. The larger room has a private balcony looking at the river and the karst mountains; the second is a quieter inside room with a big window onto the same view. For a big family, or two families travelling together.
